I have known Miss Selene for a couple of years now and have always wanted to photograph her. She has matured so much since meeting her in my nail salon 2 years ago. She, her sisters, and her mama have been living here about 6 or 7 years now from Vietnam. She is engaged to be married this summer to as she says, the most wonderful man, who is still residing in Vietnam. She decided she wanted a session to send to her fiance, and one that was whatever I wanted to shoot. I adored this about her, so we chose to shoot her images in the Fall with all the beauty of the changing of the seasons. She chose beautiful shades of blue in her gown, and I crafted her a bouquet from what was still blooming on our grounds. I then put her in a Shop Gossamer gown from a previous shoot I had styled the week before, just as a precursor to her amazing wedding day. We shot most of the session here on the grounds of Belle, and the wedding gown session was shot on the Little Spokane River. Most of these images were taken with my old Canon- EOS-A2E , 35mm film camera. I loved how they all came back considering we had no sun to work with on shoot day. These are some of my most favorite sessions to create.
